Upland Architects is excited to share a behind-the-scenes look at the future of Blue Martini Las Vegas—an ambitious, multi-level nightlife venue currently in development at the Miracle Mile Shops on the Las Vegas Strip. As both Architect of Record and Interior Designer, Upland is leading the design and consultant coordination for this bold evolution of the iconic Blue Martini brand, transforming the vision into a fully realized architectural and experiential concept.
 

Set to replace the existing Las Vegas location, this new site will span three vibrant levels, each curated to deliver a unique blend of sophistication, energy, and connection:
 

Level 1 will welcome guests with an inviting outdoor patio and bar, offering casual drinks and entertainment for shoppers and Strip visitors. This level is designed as a quick-stop destination with stunning views and relaxed vibes.
 

Level 2 will introduce an elevated open-air bar with a tropical twist—perfect for bachelor parties, large groups, or anyone looking to soak in the Las Vegas atmosphere from an expansive deck cantilevered above the boulevard.
 

Level 3 will feature the most immersive Blue Martini experience, including a signature stage bar, VIP lounge, private bar spaces, and a hookah lounge overlooking the Strip. The third level also boasts a dramatic balcony opening to the floors below, reinforcing the dynamic, interconnected design of the entire venue.
 

In total, four uniquely themed bars will define the atmosphere across the venue—each designed to capture a different mood and moment. With Upland overseeing both the architectural and interior vision, the result will be a cohesive, immersive, and high-impact environment from the ground floor to the rooftop.
 

This exciting project is being developed in collaboration with Blue Line Entertainment Inc. (Franchisee), Caesars Entertainment, LLC (Landlord – Planet Hollywood), and Development Management Associates (Owner's Representative). The construction will be led by Builders United, with RZ Design Associates providing MEP, TERP Consulting providing life safety engineering, and RJC Engineers leading the structural design.
 

Located within the 475,000-square-foot Miracle Mile Shops—home to 170 premier retail, dining, and entertainment experiences—Blue Martini Las Vegas is poised to become a new landmark of nightlife on the Strip.
