Upland Architects developed architectural and engineering construction drawings for Irving’s new locations in Massachusetts. Our responsibilities also included obtaining all permits with each jurisdiction and construction administration addressing RFI’s and material submittals by the contractors.

Upland Architects collaborates with Irving Oil’s franchise tenants for their tenant fit up work at all new Irving locations. Rusty Lantern Market, who is Irving’s tenant for the Irving’s newest three locations in Attleboro, Bellingham and Brockton, MA, offered Upland Architects the opportunity to work with The Rusty Lanterns team to prepare detailed drawings for construction and permitting of these new sites. Rusty Lantern Market operates convenience stores with branded fueling stations in Maine, New Hampshire and now Massachusetts featuring made-to-order food, gourmet coffee and beverage options.
